I’m not sure if it’s just me but there is something that feels so MAGICAL about sparkler photos. It’s such a fun way to end the most perfect day!! Here are tips to make sure you get the most out of your sparkler exit.
- Go big! You want the longest sparklers you can find! The regular sized sparklers burn out very fast, and by the time the end of the line gets theirs lit, the start of the line has already burned out. Which doesn’t make the most picturesque send of!
- Take it slow and soak it in! Take their time, enjoy the moment, and do not rush it. Walk slowly through the tunnel of people and don’t be afraid to interact with them. Smile, high five, and cheer and really soak it in. This will make for great photography, too! And of course, what is an exit without a kiss and dip, right? 🙂
- Fake it! Often, I’ve heard brides say they didn’t think they could do a sparkler exit because they won’t have enough people at the end of the reception. Do not worry about that! Typically, due to the timeline we end up doing the sparkler exit right before we leave that way you can still dance the night away with your loved ones! All we need is some of your bridal party and family to make it look BEAUTIFUL!
Bonus Tip – Sometimes the sparklers are still burning so it’s fun to run back through it for a second time! Enjoy this FUN moment again!! 🙂
