Cathy & Kieran | a St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Wedding

Cathy’s mom stood up for a toast, and she shared that ever since the first day she met Kieran, she never once worried about whether or not he would take care of her little girl. She trusted him, and she could just see how much Cathy loved Kieran from the way they looked at one another. They have a pure, Godly love. As I think back to the first time I saw Cathy and Kieran together, I can say the same thing. Their love for one another is so apparent for others to see, and it’s beautiful! Her sisters said similar things about Cathy and Kieran as a couple, but one thing that stood out to me is how in tune Cathy is with the people she loves and cares for. She loves deeply and invests in those that are close to her. Cathy adores heartfelt, meaningful conversations, and words of affirmation. I realized that from the moment I met her, because we talked for hours about everything and anything; it was amazing! I literally couldn’t stop talking with her; she made me feel so comfortable and I knew right then that I was meant to work with her!

Kieran’s brothers stood up as well and talked about how much they looked up to Kieran not only as a brother but also because of his relationship with Cathy. They often went to him for relationship advice because they saw how great he is to Cathy. They love how he is Cathy’s calm and that he always makes time for her and will stop anything just to go pray with Cathy.

Their ceremony was filled with beautiful worship, and I don’t think there is anything as special as watching a newlywed couple sing and praise the Lord together. They have the strongest foundation for their marriage, and Brian and I couldn’t be happier for them.

Brian and I absolutely loved our time with Cathy and Kieran. I shed a few tears watching this day unfold because of the sweet couple they are. It is also so powerful to witness God present in a relationship, it was an absolutely amazing day!

Cathy & Kieran, you guys are the sweetest. The amount of love you guys have for each other is inspiring. You light up when you’re around one another, and we know you are crazy in love.
