Normally when you think of winter sessions you are picturing it to be FREEZING, no sun, not a whole lot of color, really windy and miserable outside (I even warned Elyse we may have to take breaks just to warm back up) and boy was I wrong!! I continued to pray it would be a nice day and WOW – it was truly one of the most beautiful days we’ve had yet this winter! We definitely got the BEST case scenario for their engagement session. It was gorgeous; 40 degrees, no wind, and the glow/light was absolutely stunning!! Isn’t Provin Trails beautiful?! I love this location because it is so gorgeous and peaceful.

The first email Elyse sent to me, I knew immediately we would be a great fit! She sent a sweet, in-depth email telling me all about them and how she had been following my photography page for a while. We immediately set up a date to chat further and after I met them for coffee, it only reassured me that I definitely wanted to work with them! Elyse & I have so much in common that we joke about being “spirit animals” haha. I could hang out with them all day long and forever laugh with them. I am so happy for these adorable high school sweethearts and can’t wait for October to see them finally become husband & wife! Ahh – what an AMAZING day it will be!
