FOILED DINNER

I know what is like when you are scrambling around on the daily trying to figure out what is for dinner! That is why I try to add a few dinner recipes to my blog to help my brides and their families out. This is a SUPER simple dinner idea and one of our go-to’s when we are on a time crunch.

INGREDIENTS:

    • Beef or Chicken Patties
      • Tip: the smaller you make the patties the faster they will cook! I recommend making several smaller patties.
    • Carrots
    • Broccoli
    • Onions
    • Red Peppers
    • Potatoes
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Garlic

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Turn on the oven to 425 degrees and tear off individual aluminum foil sheets (one for each person eating)
  2. Create small hamburger or chicken patties (roll into a ball and flatten with your hand) and put them in the aluminum foil sheets.
  3. Wash and cut up potatoes, carrots, broccoli, onions, red peppers and add them to the foil.
  4. Add salt, pepper, garlic and any other seasons you’d like!
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the patties are cooked thoroughly (or to your liking).
  6. Top with cheese and/or ketchup if that’s your thing!

xo,
