FOILED DINNER
I know what is like when you are scrambling around on the daily trying to figure out what is for dinner! That is why I try to add a few dinner recipes to my blog to help my brides and their families out. This is a SUPER simple dinner idea and one of our go-to’s when we are on a time crunch.
INGREDIENTS:
-
- Beef or Chicken Patties
- Tip: the smaller you make the patties the faster they will cook! I recommend making several smaller patties.
- Carrots
- Broccoli
- Onions
- Red Peppers
- Potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Beef or Chicken Patties
DIRECTIONS:
- Turn on the oven to 425 degrees and tear off individual aluminum foil sheets (one for each person eating)
- Create small hamburger or chicken patties (roll into a ball and flatten with your hand) and put them in the aluminum foil sheets.
- Wash and cut up potatoes, carrots, broccoli, onions, red peppers and add them to the foil.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic and any other seasons you’d like!
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the patties are cooked thoroughly (or to your liking).
- Top with cheese and/or ketchup if that’s your thing!
xo,
It looks yummy! I think I will try it!😍
Thanks Grandma! Let me know if you like it 🙂
